Dark stone, warm deck.

The house turns inward. Its pool sits in a courtyard closed by dark textured walls, with a strip of planting at the base and a warm timber deck running into the water. The shoot circles it from three sides, so the buyer understands it as the centre of the house.

The rooms are empty and the contrast carries them: pale marble floors against charcoal walls, a black stair folding up a white wall, a tall black-framed window cut into a double height. Strip lights in the ceiling are left on.

The bathrooms are the finish line. One has a rough stone wall lit from behind a round mirror; another sets a white tub inside a box of grey stone. They are shot square, close, and without props, because stone like this needs nothing added.
