Decks above Gaia.

Some houses hide their best room on top, where a listing rarely starts. This one has timber decks on the roof, open to the sky with the horizon in view, so the listing begins there, wide and level, before going indoors.

Downstairs the house is warm and solid: wood floors, wood panelling in the hall, a black leather sectional, a grey living room with shelves built into a dark wall. A glass wall looks onto a narrow garden of white stones and climbing green, the kind of detail a floor plan cannot show.

The kitchen is white with a glass table, the main bedroom has a lilac wall, and the last frame is an empty room with sun on the floor and a terrace through the doors. It is left bare on purpose, to show the light the rooms get.
