A Barra new build, shown empty and finished.

Client: Novi
Produced: May 2026
Story: New build
Setting: Green-tiled pool, timber cladding, marble bath
Pictures: 10

An unfurnished new build in Barra, listed by Novi: a green-tiled pool along a timber path, a gourmet terrace with a pizza oven, a glass stair, a roof terrace and a marble bath.

An empty house is hard to photograph and easy to judge. With no sofa to hold the eye, the frame has to sell proportion, finish and light. This shoot does it by standing back and keeping every vertical straight, so the building reads the way an architect drew it.

The ground floor is one long sequence: the pool in green tile, a timber strip running beside it, the covered terrace with its wood oven and grill, and sliding glass that folds the living room into the garden. Wood panelling warms the grey floor.

Upstairs, a glass balustrade, a roof terrace over the neighbourhood and a bath lined in white marble under a skylight. Nobody lives here yet, and the pictures do not pretend otherwise. What they sell is the shell: the light, the finish and room to imagine.
