Art on every wall.

Some owners furnish a house; this one hung it. The listing starts at dusk, with the white volumes lit from inside, the pool reflecting the windows and a painted portrait mural on the back wall of the terrace. A long table is already set beneath it.

Inside, every frame has a canvas in it. A large abstract in blue and magenta over the living room, another over the grey sofa with its orange cushions, framed prints along the dining wall. The furniture is chosen like a collection: a Barcelona chair, a carved console, a yellow front door.

The rest is garden. The pool runs long and narrow along a hedge of greenery, with a yellow slide at one end, and the last frame shows the house closed and quiet under the trees, a yellow door lit at its base.
