Teal bolsters, rust linen.

The headboard does not stop at the bed. Flávia Bonet runs horizontal rolls of teal leather along the whole wall, and stacks the same rounded profile into a tan leather nightstand and a striped drum table on the other side.

Behind the bolsters, glazed teal wardrobes hold the clothes on view. Across the room a white dressing table floats over round teal drawers, one of them pulled open to show its velvet trays. Above it, open white shelves and an oval mirror ringed in orange.

Two colours carry the room, teal and rust, with a red armchair and a plate wall of painted lips as the only other notes. The detail frames stay close enough to show the stitching. Seagrass covers the floor and keeps the whole room warm underfoot.
